My husband and I were on the brink of divorce when we were introduced to the gospel through Tim Keller. He has held our hands (without ever meeting him) through the journey of reconciliation and then through us eventually going into ministry. We found out later that our congregation actually had a special sign they made when my husband quoted Keller from the pulpit because we were so impacted by his gracious yet powerful teaching. My husband and I both say that Tim is the most influential person in our lives outside of the people we know face to face. We cried when he passed and are grateful he is truly at home now. We are praying for all who knew him closely as they mourn. Thank you to everyone who helped his unique voice reach us…we are different because of his life and work.
